This is a very good vitamin but I was shocked to just realize this vitamin has a high content of selenium which makes you loose hair. Thyroid patients loose hair from the disease already. I am going to have to change multi vitamins.

For people who have difficulty methylating B vitamins, this multi has B available in a form they can use. I don't have to buy a separate B vitamin since this important nutrient is already in this multi. I am very happy about which vitamins are covered in this multi and that they are in a bioavailable form.
